RStudio & R

R is the workhorse of statistical computing, and Pomona’s RStudio server puts it in your browser: no installation, your projects saved centrally, and more memory than any laptop.

Open RStudio

Get started in three steps

1

Visit the server

Go to rstudio.pomona.edu in any browser, on any computer.

2

Use your Pomona username and password. Your files and projects persist between sessions.

3

Start working

The full RStudio IDE, ready for analysis, visualization, and R Markdown reports.

When your analysis needs more

R is also available on the Sagehen cluster for genomics pipelines, large simulations, and anything that needs serious memory or many cores, submitted as batch jobs or run interactively through OnDemand.
