For public-facing course materials of all kinds — promotion, sharing, documentation, and augmenting Sakai’s tools
Getting Started
The Public Course Site service will provide easy to maintain websites, with clear, relevant options for site creation, while still giving faculty the freedom to design the public face of their course as they see fit.
These sites could be used for course promotion, sharing curricular materials, embedding multimedia and storytelling tools, or portfolios documenting student work.
Sakai course sites will remain the central home for Pomona course materials and student interaction. These optional sites are meant to augment these non-public sites with a public presence, and to implement tools and services that might work better outside Sakai.
